Description

Our completely redesigned ventilated bee suit ensures you stay cool on hot days in the bee yard. A layer of rubberized netting is sandwiched between two layers of finely woven netting. Our ventilated suits have open netting on both the bee suit and the veil to allow a nice breeze to flow through, making you more comfortable even on the hottest day.

These beekeeping suits are cut generously, just like our Honey Maker® Bee Suits. This protective gear offers the freedom of movement and durable security you need from a bee suit. This ventilated suit has two chest pockets (one zippered), two side pant pockets, two pockets for hive tools, two back pockets, and reinforced fabric on the knees.

There are heavy-duty two-way zippers at the neck and the chest for easy on and off and a self-supporting collapsible round veil. The beekeeping suit protects you in every possible way, should you need it. It also features elastic at the wrist with an elastic thumb hold and heavy-duty zippers at the ankles.

Whether you're working with honey bees or any other type of bee, our beekeeping suit is designed to provide every beekeeper–amateur or commercial beekeepers–the extra protection and comfort they need.

Our bee suits have round veils for those who prefer them, ensuring you can stay protected. Pair this suit with our beekeeping gloves for extra security.

If you’re considering other bee suits, this beekeeping equipment stands out for its thoughtful design and durability.

    vented suit

    by J. R on Sep 26, 2024

I had no previous experience wearing a bee suit, so I guess I got lucky with the fit because it's perfectly loose. I can slip right in and out of it. No vulnerability when I'm reaching up to high places. I'm 6' and about 225lbs and got the XL. The ventilation is a must in the summer heat! I had this suit for a few years now and been through many Bald-Faced hornet battles. Zero stings. I do wear a baseball hat to keep the veil off my face. Feet straps would be a big help but I just make sure it's zipped over my boots. I'm actually here contemplating buying another one over washing it. Not sure the gentle cycle is going to get the years of abuse off.

    Fantastic

by Brett Maurer on May 10, 2024

Of all the suits I’ve ever used this is by far THE BEST! Size runs big, I wear a 2x in everything, xl fits great with tons of extra room. I even tried on a medium and it fit but a bit snug. I would say get a size down. But let me tell you the airflow is amazing. I could literally feel the cool breeze coming through it. Absolutely the best suit, that’s why I bought 2 of them!

    Great suit

    by Brett M on Apr 15, 2024

This suit is unbelievably breathable. It is absolutely fantastic. It does run a little big, I typically wear a 2X and I purchased the extra large and still have more than enough room. I honestly probably could have gotten a large, but the extra room definitely makes the suit even more breathable. Very easy to move, very well secured zippers, and the thickness makes it relatively impossible to get stung

    Ventilated bee suit

by Hermina Vanhelfteren on Feb 26, 2024

I ordered a Medium size ventilated suit. Supposedly redesigned, but why do away with a good product?? This one does NOT have 1. Plastic straps that go under your feet to keep the legs down when you put your boots on, 2. A zipper around your face to lower the gauze in front of your face; you have to take the whole hood down. 3. It is huge, but the crotch is at my my knees! This one was obviously designed for men, as the zipper also undies from the bottom, and that is perfect, but the medium size is obviously also for man, much bigger than my previous one... Oh well, I needed to get in the hive asap and locally no suits yet, so I had to order online. But 40% more expensive than last year seems a lot for a product that, for a female, is NOT better.
