Product Details

Description

While a few chickens can be transported in a simple cardboard box or pet carrier, you need a sturdy crate to transport more than 3 chickens. This crate holds 6-10 chickens and 4-6 pheasants. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, our chicken crates are durable and lightweight. With these solutions, you can ensure your chickens are comfortable and secure during transport.

Sliding Door and Grid Holes

Our chicken transport crate is designed with practicality in mind. It has a large top door that provides convenient access to your birds, making loading and unloading a breeze. This feature is particularly useful if you are handling multiple chickens at once.

The grid holes of the transport crate create a well-ventilated environment. With this feature, you can ensure your chickens, ducks, pigeons, and other small animals are getting plenty of fresh air during transit. This prevents overheating, reduces stress, and promotes the well-being of your birds.

Chicken Crate That is Easy to Clean and Store

Thanks to its HDPE construction and grid design, this chicken transport crate is very easy to clean. You can simply wipe it to remove stains or hose it to remove debris. Transport chickens in a sanitized crate every time.

When not in use, you can carry this transport crate and store it in a breeze. Its compact dimensions make it easy to carry and store while still providing ample space for your poultry.

    shipping crates

by Mike Kleman on Mar 29, 2025

I bought 20 last year and they have held up great. in the summer I put eight 4 1/2 lb hens in it and in the winter months I have packed 14 in there. they are tall enough you can get a turkey or two in as well. as others have mentioned the doors can be difficult to slide on some of them. I bought 10 more a couple of months ago and there is a new door design. opens much easier, it will actually vibrate open going down the road. make sure you buy bunge cords as every time you stop chickens will fly out. they went from one extreme to the other.

Easy to assemble and sturdy. I wish they had hinged lids instead of slide doors. I will buy more eventually.

I bought 7 I screwed up one by not paying attention. They go together with a rubber mallet top slide door is a little tight, maybe by using them, they slide better.
