    Both queens arrived on promised date in good condition. They were placed in colonies the following morning, and both released within 2 days. After a week of leaving them to settle, I found both in their nucs in excellent condition, clearly being attended to, and walking calmly on the comb. Both colonies are bringing in pollen, indicating there are larvae to raise. This was my first queen purchase from Mann Lake, and I am very happy with the experience so far!

    I recently bought 4 Hawaiian queens and I received one that was dead. I was very happy with the refund process and customer service but the way they were packed was terrible. They should not have been put in an envelope shipper a loose to bounce around and damage they queens. They should have been shipped glued together and would have stabilized them better in the shipping process. Your customer service is outstanding and thank you for my fast response for my refund.
