GQF's #4030. It consists of:2 plastic nuts, connector w/ 1/4" hose barb on one end and 3/8" pipe threads on the other. Requires a11/16" hole in the water tank. NOT supplied tank & tubing. another kit is 4031KIT for 5/16" tubing.
