The 10” Uncapping Steam Knife is ideal for the beekeeper who does not wish to use electrical knives. This unit is lightweight. Steam hoses and hose connection hardware not included. We recommend using a 1500W steamer. Most beekeepers use a wallpaper steamer as a steam source for the knife, whereas some beekeepers use an old pressure cooker to boil water on a gas burner.
