Description

This Uncapping Knife has a digital control built right into the handle for easy control of the knife's temperature, anywhere from 50°C (122° F) to 180°C (356° F). Comes with 120 v cord which measures 52". 

Operation is simple: just plug in the device, press the power button, and then press the set button to reach your desired temperature. The display will flash your desired temperature three times, and the light indicator will turn on, signaling that the knife is warming up and displaying its current temperature.

    Uncapping knufe

    Operating directions are a bit vague. I have found you need to plug in, push set until disired temp is reached, THEN push on/off one time for the display to flash the desired temp and then the heating indicator light comes on. Knife will turn off when desired temp is reached and will turn back on after it cools down to 10 degrees less than desired temp and off again when desired temp is reached. Repeat until knife is unplugged.

    Haven't uncapped anything yet, but seems well made, heats up quickly and not too heavy or cumbersome.
