By law, honey is sold by weight, not volume. All sizes shown are honey weight, which is not equivalent to liquid volume. We also carry glass Queenline jars and Muth jars if you prefer those styles of honey jars for displaying and storing your honey.
For example, a twelve-ounce container will hold twelve ounces of honey but only eight ounces of water.
