The attached control box will allow you to adjust the temperature as needed. The uncapping blade is made of high grade #304 stainless steel, the knife is 10 inches long and 2 inches wide. It features a comfortable turned wood handle that stays cool to the touch. Contains an 8-foot grounded cord, 120 volt. Wattage 300/350.
